Pengaruh Kualifikasi Akademik dan Sertifikasi Profesi Terhadap Kinerja Guru SD di Kecamatan Wotu Kabupaten Luwu Timur
Abstract
. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualifikasi akademik dan sertifikasi profesi terhadap kinerja guru SD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expose facto dengan sampel guru SD di kecamatan Wotu sebanyak 152 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data sekunder yang telah ada di sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara kualifikasi akademik terhadap kinerja guru SD di kecamatan Wotu sebesar 29,3%. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara sertifikasi profesi terhadap kinerja guru SD di kecamatan Wotu sebesar 31,8%. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara kualifikasi akademik dan sertifikasi profesi terhadap kinerja guru SD di kecamatan Wotu sebesar 43,7%.
