Experiential Learning Terintegrasi Mobile Health: Inovasi Pendidikan Jasmani dalam Pengendalian Faktor Risiko Penyakit Tidak Menular pada Atlet Mahasiswa Club Cricket

Penyakit tidak menular pada usia muda berkaitan dengan perilaku kurang aktif, gangguan tidur, dan rendahnya pengelolaan perilaku kesehatan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi kesehatan bergerak untuk meningkatkan pemantauan aktivitas fisik, pengaturan diri, dan kualitas tidur pada atlet mahasiswa anggota club cricket FIKK Universitas Negeri Makassar. Kegiatan melibatkan 37 peserta dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahap sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi menggunakan rancangan pretest-posttest. Aplikasi SMART WOD dan Muscle Monster digunakan sebagai media pendukung latihan dan monitoring aktivitas. Hasil menunjukkan 24 peserta (64,9%) aktif menggunakan SMART WOD dan 20 peserta (54,1%) aktif menggunakan Muscle Monster, sedangkan 32 peserta (86,5%) konsisten melakukan monitoring. Rata-rata aktivitas fisik meningkat 37,76%, pengaturan diri meningkat 46,83%, dan kualitas tidur membaik 40,27%. Sebanyak 28 peserta (75,7%) mencapai target 8.000 langkah dan 29 peserta (78,4%) mengikuti mini kampanye promosi kesehatan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dengan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman dapat memperkuat keterlibatan peserta dalam pemantauan dan pengelolaan perilaku kesehatan. Model ini dapat menjadi pendekatan promotif yang dapat diterapkan dan dikembangkan pada komunitas olahraga mahasiswa lainnya.
