Efektifitas Penggunaan Metode Problem Solving Mata Kuliah Statistika Pendidikan terhadap Hasil Belajar Mahasiswa S1 PGSD

Meningkatkan kualitas sistem penyelenggaraan dan layanan pendidikan tergantung bagaimana seorang guru memilih metode mengajar yang efektif. Persoalannya adalah tidak semua guru mampu memilih metode mengajar tepat sehingga hasil belajar tidak sesuai dengan tujuan yang dihaapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode problem solving pada mata kuliah Statistika Pendidikan S1 PGSD Maros/Pangkep. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fokjar Maros dan Pangkep berjumlah 32 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan 3 tingkat pilihan jawaban. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif, ditemukan bahwa dari 32 sampel sebanyak 19 atau 59%orang berada di kategori sedang, 8 atau 25% orang berada pada kategori rendah, dan 5 atau 16% orang berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa senang menggunakan metode peroblem solving pada mata kuliah statistika Pendidikan, karena dianggap bahwa metode tersebut dapat membantu mahasiswa menyelesaikan masalah dalam proses pembelajaran baik secara individu maupun secara berkelompok.
