Kemampuan koneksi matematis merupakan kompetensi penting dalam pembelajaran matematika karena memungkinkan siswa mengaitkan konsep-konsep matematika se cara bermakna, baik antar topik dalam matematika maupun dengan konteks bidang studi lain dan kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun, kemampuan ini sering kali masih rendah, khususnya di lingkungan sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) yang menuntut keterkaitan antara matematika dan aplikasi kejuruan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa SMK pada materi fungsi kelas XI berdasarkan tiga indikator utama, yaitu: (1) memahami hubungan antar topik matematika, (2) menerapkan matematika dalam bidang studi lain atau kehidupan sehari-hari, dan (3) menerapkan hubungan antar topik matematika dan disiplin ilmu lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik tes sebagai instrumen utama, diberikan kepada 30 siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk memperoleh nilai rata-rata dan kategori kemampuan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori rendah dengan skor rata-rata 6,1 dari 12 (≈51%). Indikator pertama merupakan aspek yang paling baik dikuasai dengan rata-rata 3,2, sedangkan indikator kedua dan ketiga berada pada kategori rendah dengan masing-masing skor rata-rata 2,1 dan 1,8. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun siswa mampu mengidentifikasi hubungan dasar antar konsep fungsi, siswa masih kesulitan dalam mengaplikasikannya pada konteks kehidupan nyata dan bidang kejuruan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya strategi pembelajaran yang dapat menunjang indikator kemampuan koneksi matematis bagi siswa.
