Rekonstruksi Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab: Solusi Penguatan Bahasa Arab pada Fakultas Syariah IAIN Palopo
Abstract
Tulisan ini merupakan hasil penelitian terhadap upaya penguatan bahasa Arab bagi mahasiswa Fakultas Syariah dalam merekonstruksi pembelajaran bahasa Arab sebagai sebuah keterampilan atau skill dalam pengkajian Islamic Studies. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang berbentuk kualitatif berdasarkan fakta dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rekonstruksi pembelajaran bahasa Arab sebagai upaya penguatan bahasa Arab sangat dibutuhkan dalam pengkajian ke-Islaman terkhusus mahasiswa Fakultas Syariah. Pengkajian pembelajaran bahasa Arab ini sebagai solusi atas minimnya alokasi waktu yang telah ditetapkan pada kurikulum Fakultas Syariah. Data di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran bahasa Arab perlu ditata ulang karena belum produktif dan terlalu banyak materi sehingga arah pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya tercapai.
