Peran Mediasi Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Pengaruh Internal Locus of Control terhadap Kinerja Guru
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung Internal Locus of Control (X) terhadap Kinerja Guru (Z) melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang dilaksanakan di enam SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Praya Barat dan empat SMP di Kecamatan Praya Barat Daya. Populasi penelitian adalah 95 orang guru PNS dengan sampel 76 orang guru yang ditentukan dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk variabel X dan Y menggunakan angket, sedangkan variabel Z menggunakan data sekunder berupa dokumen Penilaian Kinerja Guru. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Internal Locus of Control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru; 2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru; dan 3) Internal Locus of Control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
