Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Efek Sertifikasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Swasta ditinjau dari Leader Member Exchange

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru dan sertifikasi terhadap kinerja baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui pertukaran pemimpin-anggota guru SMK swasta di Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan korelasional. Sampel penelitian merupakan 20% dari populasi yang terdiri dari 17 sekolah dan 183 guru berdasarkan teknik proportional random sampling. Instrumen penelitian dalam kuesioner menggunakan dimensi dan indikator yang dikembangkan ahli. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan: (1) Terdapat hubungan langsung yang kuat antara kompetensi guru dan leader-member exchange; (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara sertifikasi guru dan leader-member exchange; (3) Terdapat hubungan langsung yang signifikan antara kompetensi guru dengan kinerja guru; (4) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru; (5) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara leader-member exchange terhadap kinerja guru; (6) Melalui leader-member exchange terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru; serta (7) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan antara sertifikasi guru dengan kinerja guru ditinjau dari leader-member exchange. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi dan sertifikasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui leader-member exchange
