Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar dalam pembelajaran IPS pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Katobengke melalui Model Pembelajaran Guided Note Taking. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Katobengke Kota Baubau sebanyak 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan non tes, teknik analisis data menggunakan data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pada pelaksanaan tindakan siklus I nilai terendah siswa di kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Katobengke pada mata pelajaran IPS adalah nilai terendah 45, nilai tertinggi 90 dengan rata- rata 72 dan ketuntasan klasikal 61%. Hal ini mengalami peningkatan jika dibandingkan data awal yaitu dengan nilai terendah 45, nilai tertinggi 80, rata-rata 66 dan ketuntasan klasikal 52%. Dan hasil belajar pada pelaksanaan tindakan siklus II. Data yang diperoleh nilai terendah yang diperoleh siswa adalah 40, nilai tertinggi 100 dengan rata- rata 79 dan persentase ketuntasan klasikal 87% dan sudah melebihi batas minimal ketuntasan klasikal yang ditetapkan yaitu 75%.
