Evaluasi Program Full Day School di SDIT Insan Madani Kota Palopo
Abstract
Program Full day school merupakan inovasi baru dalam penyelenggaraan program pendidikan dengan tujuan mengembangkan kreativitas peserta didik. Evaluasi program merupakan suatu kegiatan yang terorganisir untuk mendapatkan informasi, apakah suatu program telah tercapai sehingga dapat mengambil kebijakan atau keputusan terhadap suatu program tersebut. Salah satu model evaluasi program yaitu model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian Kualitatif dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah program full day school dengan sumber datanya berupa guru, kepala sekolah dan peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis datanya adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDIT Insan Madani Kota Palopo. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan hasil Evaluasi Program Full Day School SDIT Insan Madani umumnya telah terpenuhi dan sesuai dengan kriteria evaluasi yang telah ditetapkan.
