Hydroponic pagoda mustard production is an effort to overcome limited agricultural land, especially in urban areas, and is implemented in home gardens. Hydroponics is synonymous with providing AB Mix nutrients, but AB Mix is not available at local agricultural kiosks and is expensive. Efficient replacement of AB Mix nutrients with liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) made from bamboo shoots is important. Available raw material resources can reduce production costs. Hydroponic cultivation, on the other hand, requires large capital, so it is important to choose plants favored by their nutritional content and high sales value, namely pagoda mustard. The study was conducted from February to May 2023. The study aimed to analyze the response of pagoda mustard production growth to nutrient provision, and analyze the pagoda mustard business in terms of nutrient efficiency. This study used a Completely Randomized Design with 5 treatment levels, namely (P0: AB Mix: 100%), (P1: 50 mL bamboo shoot LOF + 1000 mL water), (P2: 100 mL bamboo shoot LOF + 1000 mL water), (P3: 150 mL bamboo shoot LOF + 1000 mL water), (P4: 200 mL bamboo shoot LOF + 1000 mL water) with 4 replications. The results of the study obtained that bamboo shoot LOF with different doses affected the growth of leaf width, number of leaves, fresh weight, dry weight of the crown and dry weight of the root but did not differ significantly in the observation variables of leaf length and stem diameter of pagoda mustard. The highest average value was in the P4 treatment of 200 ml bamboo shoot LOF + 1000 ml water. The average value of leaf width was 8 cm, number of leaves 33.5, fresh weight 155 grams, dry root weight 1.34 grams and dry crown weight 10.5 grams. The financial analysis of the hydroponic pagoda mustard cultivation business showed that P4 treatment was more optimal for the business analysis, with total revenue of Rp. 292,500, total costs of Rp. 108,548, profit of Rp. 183,952, profitability of 169.4%, R/C Ratio of 2.6, BEP production of 3.97 kg and BEP price of Rp. 27,280/kg.
