PERAN PENILAIAN YANG EFEKTIF DALAM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN GURU DI KELAS

Abstract
Penilaian dalam proses pembelajaran memiliki peran yang sangat penting dan tidak boleh diabaikan. Dengan penilaian yang tepat, siswa dapat menerima umpan balik yang bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan hasil belajarnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana penilaian yang efektif dapat berperan dalam pengambilan keputusan oleh guru didalam kelas untuk keberlanjutan proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa evaluasi yang dilakukan secara efektif dalam pengambilan keputusan oleh guru menjadi lebih informatif serta menjadi pengukur dalam menilai efektivitas metode pengajaran dan melakukan penyesuaian kembali. Hasil dari penilaian yang efektif akan menjadi dasar untuk pengambilan keputusan yang lebih besar oleh guru didalam kelas bahkan dalam konteks pendidikan, seperti pemilihan program remedial, penempatan siswa, atau pengembangan kurikulum. Penilaian yang efektif dalam pengambilan keputusan oleh guru akan menekankan pentingnya melihat pendidikan sebagai suatu proses dinamis yang melibatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kebutuhan siswa dan efektivitas pembelajaran.
