Abstract
Program Kampus Mengajar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, khususnya di daerah tertinggal, terdepan, dan terluar (3T), serta memberikan pengalaman praktis bagi mahasiswa di luar lingkungan kampus. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada peningkatan literasi dan numerasi siswa dengan kemampuan rendah dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi serta observasi, yang hasilnya kemudian disimpulkan. Berdasarkan penelitian, Program Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 7 terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan numerasi serta literasi siswa di Sekolah Dasar Katolik Supilape, sebagaimana terlihat dalam hasil penelitian dan pembahasan. Mahasiswa berperan aktif dalam mendampingi siswa dan bekerja sama dengan guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Program yang dilaksanakan ialah pojok baca dan jam tambah numerasi, mendapat respons positif dari guru dan siswa karena membantu meningkatkan pemahaman materi dengan metode yang lebih interaktif dan menarik. Efektivitas program ini terlihat dari hasil Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM). Pada pretest, 58% siswa memiliki kemampuan literasi dalam kategori cukup, sementara 41% belum tuntas dalam numerasi. Setelah program dijalankan, hasil posttest menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, dengan 72% siswa berada dalam kategori baik untuk literasi dan 60% dalam kategori cukup untuk numerasi. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode yang diterapkan dalam program berjalan efektif, membantu siswa memahami materi secara lebih baik. Hal ini juga membuktikan bahwa pendampingan oleh mahasiswa dan kerja sama dengan guru pada pembelajaran berdampak positif pada perkembangan akademik siswa.
