Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan self regulated learning, parental monitoring dan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Muhammadiyah Enrekang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang mendeskripsikan atau membuat narasi terkait dengan data yang telah dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen angket untuk variabel self regulated learning dan parental monitoring dan instrumen tes untuk variabel kemampuan berpikir kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, self regulated learning dan parental monitoring mahasiswa terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis rata-rata berada pada kategori sedang yang saling berkaitan satu sama lain. Namun secara spesifik, tingginya kemampuan self regulated learning dan parental monitoring maka tinggi pula kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa.
