Efikasi Peserta Pendidikan Profesi Guru Prajabatan dalam Melakukan Asesmen Diagnostik (ADi): Kasus Calon Guru Bahasa Indonesia

Penelitian ini mengelaborasi efikasi peserta Pendidikan Profesi Guru Prajabatan (PPGPRAJAB) sebagai bentuk dukungan yang diberikan oleh program Pendidikan Profesi Guru terhadap pelaksanaan ADi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan persepsi diri peserta PPGPRAJAB tentang kompetensi ADi yang mereka miliki dan mengungkap komitmen mereka untuk melaksanakan ADi pascaprogram. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta PPGPRAJAB Bahasa Indonesia yang mengikuti Pendidikan di Universitas Negeri Makassar sebanyak 169 orang. Sampel sebanyak 60 orang dipilih secara acak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket yang didistribusikan denga google form. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta PPGPRAJAB memiliki persepsi diri bahwa mereka kompeten untuk melaksanakan ADi dan mereka juga berkomitmen untuk melaksanakan ADi dengan baik dalam kegiatan mengajar yang mereka jalani. Disimpulkan bahwa peserta PPGPRAJAB akan menambah ketersediaan guru yang mampu menjalankan ADi dengan baik.
