EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN ETHNO-FLIPPED CLASSROOM BERBASIS ALAT MUSIK OGUNG TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PENALARAN MATEMATIS SISWA PADA MATERI LINGKARAN DI KELAS XI SMA

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran Ethno-Flipped Classroom berbasis alat musik ogung terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa pada materi lingkaran di kelas XI SMA Swasta GKPI Padang Bulan Medan T.A. 2025/2026. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experiment bentuk Pretest - Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Swasta GKPI Padang Bulan. Dengan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh kelas XI-1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas XI-2 sebagai kelas eksperimen, masing-masing 30 siswa. Instrumen berupa tes dan angket kemampuan penalaran yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data pretest dan posttest dianalisis melalui uji normalitas, homogenitas, Mann-Whitney, N-Gain, dan effect size. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata kemampuan penalaran matematis kelas eksperimen sebesar 78,10, sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 70,00. Uji Mann-Whitney menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05, sehingga terdapat perbedaan kemampuan penalaran matematis antara kedua kelompok. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, pembelajaran Ethno-Flipped Classroom berbasis alat musik ogung efektif terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa pada materi lingkaran.
