ANALISIS PROPORSI DAN RASIO GEOMETRI BANGUN DATAR PADA ARSITEKTUR RUMAH ADAT SASAK ENDE

Abstract
Arsitektur tradisional Nusantara menyimpan nilai kearifan lokal dan pengetahuan matematis implisit yang terancam tergusur oleh modernisasi, sehingga dokumentasi serta analisis ilmiah berbasis etnomatematika menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi konsep etnomatematika pada arsitektur tradisional masyarakat Sasak Ende, berfokus pada penerapan geometri, sistem rasio, dan antropometri pada struktur Bale Tani, Berugak, dan Lumbung. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi lapangan, penelitian mengidentifikasi objek fisik berkarakteristik matematis. Hasilnya menunjukkan penerapan etno-geometri yang konsisten pada fasad bangunan, pola anyaman bambu (bedek), serta transformasi garis ke lengkung pada lumbung. Masyarakat setempat menggunakan standar antropometri berbasis tubuh untuk menentukan dimensi fisik bangunan, seperti tinggi pintu yang rendah sebagai media edukasi adab (forced ducking) untuk menanamkan nilai kerendahan hati. Eksistensi arsitektur ini menunjukkan integrasi antara perhitungan matematis fungsional dan filosofi hidup yang diwariskan secara lisan.
