KAJIAN LITERATUR: PROBLEMATIKA PENERAPAN KURIKULUM MERDEKA PADA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DI SMK

Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi terkait problematika penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka, khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran matematika di SMK. Untuk mengetahui penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pembelajaran matematika di SMK maka dipilih metode studi literatur atau tinjauan pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini diawali dengan menentukan tema, kemudian mengumpulkan artikel dari jurnal nasional dalam rentang tahun 2021 sampai tahun 2023 yang relevan dengan topik Kurikulum Merdeka pada pembelajaran matematika di tingkat SMK. Tinjauan pustaka yang dilakukan bersumber dari basis data Google Schooler. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pembelajaran matematika di SMK masih menghadapi beberapa tantangan, namun juga menunjukkan potensi yang baik. Tantangannya antara lain: rendahnya kemampuan literasi dan numerasi, banyak peserta didik yang memiliki pandangan negatif terhadap matematika sehingga kurang termotivasi untuk belajar, kurangnya fasilitas dan sumber daya yang memadai untuk mendukung pembelajaran matematika yang efektif, serta kesulitan guru dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan model pembelajaran yang baru. Potensinya antara lain: pentingnya kecerdasan emosional dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan kemampuan peserta didik dalam memecahkan masalah, dan kurikulum ini memberikan fleksibilitas bagi guru untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan konteks pembelajaran dan karakteristik peserta didik.
