ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN PENALARAN MATEMATIS SISWA KELAS X SMA

Abstract
Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa kelas X SMA. Dalam penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X 1 di salah satu SMA Negeri yang berada di Kecamatan Tapung, Kabupaten Kampar, sebanyak 28 siswa yang berada dalam satu kelas yang sama dan memiliki hasil pembelajaran matematika yang bervariasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen soal tes berbentuk uraian yang berjumlah tiga soal dengan indikator yang berbeda. Hasil temuannya menunjukkan bahwa persentase kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa pada indikator pertama yaitu sebesar 65,2% dengan kategori baik. Persentase kemampuan penalaran matematis pada indikator kedua sebesar 82,1% dengan kategori sangat baik. Dan persentase kemampuan penalaran matematis pada indikator ketiga sebesar 63% dengan kategori baik. Berdasarkan persentase tersebut dapat dinyatakan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa kelas X tergolong baik.
