THE INFLUENCE OF COMICS IN MATHEMATICS LEARNING ON STUDENTS' PERCEPTIONS OF THE SUBJECT

Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) kelayakan media komik dalam pembelajaran matematika; (2) respon dan persepsi siswa terhadap mata pelajaran (3) pegaruh media komik dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan beberapa jurnal atau artikel dari hasil penelitian terdahulu untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran dan respon serta persepsi siswa terhadap matematika. Penelitian yang sudah terkumpul kemudian dikompilasi dan dianalisis sehingga diperoleh sebuah kesimpulan yang dapat mengetahui pengaruh media komik dalam pembelajaran. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) media komik sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dengan penilaian validasi 70% - 100% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. (2) respon siswa terhadap mata pelajaran matematika sangat baik dengan penilaian validasi 70% - 100% sehingga persepsi siswa terhadap matematika positif, serta (3) pengaruh media komik terhadap pembelajaran matematika dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan memenuhi tingkat kelayakan dari segi materi, media, tampilan dan respon siswa yang dapat merubah persepsi siswa terhadap matematika.
