PROFIL KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF GURU DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA SMP
Abstract
Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya kreatifitas guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran matematika di SMP Negeri 2 Polongbangkeng Utara yang mengakibatkan siswa lebih cenderung monotonsaat menerima materi dari guru sesuai dengan observasi peneliti magang 1 dan magang 2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil kemampuan berpikir kreatif guru senior dan guru junior dalam mengembangkan media pengembangan matematika di SMP Negeri 2 Polongbangkeng Utara. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru senior dan junior. Intrumen yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan dan verivikasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru senior dan junior memiliki produk atau media pembelajaran yang meniru produk lain. Guru senior dan junior menggunakan model kreatif modifikatif dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran. Dalam penyampaian materi ke siswa guru senior mengkombinasikan alat peraga dan media power point sedangkan guru junior menggunakan media power point dan membuat video sendiri hasil modifikatif dan lebih terfokus ke pengunaan teknologi dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran matematika.
