PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA BERBANTU GOOGLE SITES DENGAN PENDEKATAN STEM DI SMPN 1 KASREMAN NGAWI
Abstract
Media pada proses pembelajaran begitu berperan penting, karena informasi yang diterima dapat tersampaikan dengan baik, dengan harapan proses belajar menjadi lebih lancar. Berdasarkan observasi terhadap siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Kasreman Ngawi, diperoleh kesimpulan guru hanya menggunakan media pembelajaran pemerintah dan media pembelajaran matematika berbasis internet belum pernah dilakukan sebelumnya. Media pembelajaran berbantu google sites berpendekatan STEM membantu siswa memecahkan masalah serta membuat kesimpulan lalu menerapkan dalam sains, teknologi, teknik dan matematika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D), bertujuan menciptakan media pembelajaran google sites dan mengetahui kelayakan penggunannya pada mata pelajaran matematika materi bangun ruang sisi lengkung berpendekatan STEM. Intrumen pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif berupa lembar validasi, angket keterlaksanaan dan angket respon peserta didik. Media pembelajaran google sites dengan pendekatan STEM di validasi oleh 6 orang validator dan diperbaiki sesuai saran, dilanjutkan uji coba kepada 10 peserta didik pada uji coba kelompok kecil dan 29 peserta didik pada uji coba kelompok besar pada siswa SMPN 1 Kasreman Ngawi untuk melihat kelayakan google sites. Hasil validasi google sites oleh ahli media sebesar 93,3%, ahli bahasa 81,1%, dan ahli materi 83,8% sehingga dapat disimpulkan hasil validasi sangat valid. Uji coba akhir produk menghasilkan 91,1%, kategori sangat baik. Dapat disimpulkan hasil validasi dan uji coba produk media pembelajaran google sites berpendekatan STEM materi bangun ruang sisi lengkung telah memenuhi syarat sangat valid dan layak untuk diterapkan.
