PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DENGAN PENDEKATAN MATEMATIKA REALISTIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP PECAHAN DAN MOTIVASI SISWA KELAS V SD 53 SAWERIGADING KOTA PALOPO
Abstract
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji pembelajaran Matematika dengan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Pecahan dan Motivasi Siswa Kelas V SDN 53 Sawerigading Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah dasar yang ada di Kota Palopo, pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Instrumen penelitian yaitu angket motivasi siswa, tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep pecahan, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa dan lembar angket respon siswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan statistika deskriptif dan statistika inferensial. Hasil penelitian yaitu 1) Ada peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep setelah penerapan pembelajaran Matematika dengan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik siswa kelas V SDN 53 Sawerigading Kota Palopo, 2) Ada peningkatan motivasi setelah penerapan pembelajaran Matematika dengan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik siswa kelas V SDN 53 Sawerigading Kota Palopo.
