Analisis Makna Poster Karya Siswa Kelas X SMA Frater Makassar
Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (a) makna konotasi dan referen (b) makna denotasi dan referen poster karya siswa kelas X SMA Frater Makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan sejak bulan April hingga Mei 2023. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah poster karya siswa kelas X SMA Frater Makassar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi dengan berpedoman pada indikator pemilihan poster yang telah ditetapkan. Poster dianalisis melalui lima tahapan, yaitu (1) membaca data, (2) mereduksi data, (3) mengklasifikasikan data, (4) menginterpretasi data, dan (5) melaporkan data.Hasil temuan mengungkapkan terdapat sepuluh poster bermakna konotasi, lima diantaranya memiliki referen atau acuan dan lima posternya lagi tidak memiliki referen atau acuan. Selain itu, terdapat sembilan poster bermakna denotasi, lima diantaranya memiliki referen atau acuan dan empat diantaranya tidak memiliki referen atau acuan.
