Pengaruh Media Pop-Up Book terhadap Hasil Belajar Bahasa Indonesia Siswa Kelas III Sekolah Dasar

Urgensi penelitian ini adalah perlunya inovasi media pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif seperti Pop-Up Book untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar, khususnya dalam memahami materi teks narasi yang masih dianggap sulit dan kurang diminati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media Pop-Up Book terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia materi teks narasi di kelas III SDN Jombor Temanggung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi-experiment dengan desain nonequivalent control group. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas III yang berjumlah 40 orang, dengan sampel total terdiri atas 20 siswa kelas IIIA sebagai kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan media Pop-Up Book dan 20 siswa kelas IIIB sebagai kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan bahan ajar cetak. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes pilihan ganda yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, serta angket respon siswa dan lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji normalitas menggunakan Shapiro-Wilk, uji homogenitas menggunakan uji Levene, uji hipotesis menggunakan Independent Sample T-test, dan uji N-Gain untuk mengetahui efektivitas peningkatan hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan penggunaan media Pop-Up Book terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi uji Independent Sample T-test sebesar 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 3,687 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,024. Kelas eksperimen memperoleh rata-rata posttest sebesar 91,60 dengan peningkatan 15,80 poin dan N-Gain 0,72 dalam kategori tinggi, sedangkan kelas kontrol hanya mencapai rata-rata posttest 86,00 dengan peningkatan 10,80 poin dan N-Gain 0,43 dalam kategori sedang. Respon siswa terhadap media Pop-Up Book juga sangat positif dengan rata-rata persentase 93 persen dalam kategori sangat baik. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah media Pop-Up Book berpengaruh signifikan dan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia materi teks narasi di kelas III sekolah dasar.
