Pengembangan e-Modul untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Membaca Permulaan pada Siswa Fase A

Kemampuan membaca permulaan merupakan keterampilan dasar yang menjadi fondasi bagi keberhasilan belajar siswa. Namun, hasil observasi di SDN 109 Balebo menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa Fase A masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengenal huruf, melafalkan suku kata, dan membaca kata sederhana sehingga penting untuk menghadirkan bahan ajar yang lebih menarik, interaktif, dan sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan siswa kelas awal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan modul elektronik membaca permulaan yang layak dan praktis digunakan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca permulaan. pada siswa Fase A SDN 109 Balebo. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan model 4D yang mencakup tahap pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran. Pendefinisian dilakukan melalui analisis kebutuhan siswa dan guru, sedangkan perancangan menghasilkan struktur dan tampilan modul. Selanjutnya, modul divalidasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa, kemudian diuji kepraktisannya terhadap siswa dan guru. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk menentukan tingkat validitas dan kepraktisan produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh siswa memberikan respons positif terhadap kebutuhan bahan ajar interaktif dan visual. Modul memperoleh kategori valid hingga sangat valid dengan persentase penilaian ahli masing-masing sebesar 78,84% (media), 84,37% (materi), dan 89,28% (bahasa). Uji praktikalitas menunjukkan bahwa modul sangat praktis menurut siswa dengan persentase 82,68% dan menurut guru dengan persentase 91,66%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa modul elektronik membaca permulaan mudah digunakan, menarik, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.
