UJI KEPRAKTISAN INSTRUMEN TES BERORIENTASI HIGHER ORDER THINKING SKILL (HOTS) PADA MATERI SISTEM EKSKRESI KELAS XI SMA/MA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kepraktisan instrumen tes berorientasi HOTS pada materi sistem ekskresi kelas XI SMA/MA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan R&D (Research and Development) mengacu pada model pengembangan Mc.Intire yang memiliki 10 tahapan di antaranya: 1) Mendefinisikan Kompetensi, Peserta Tes, dan Tujuan Tes, 2) Mengembangkan Rencana Uji, 3) Menyusun Item Tes, 4) Menulis Instruksi Administrasi, 5) Melakukan Uji Coba, 6) Analisis Item, 7) Merevisi Tes, 8) Validasi Tes, 9) Mengembangkan Norma, 10) Melengkapi Tes Manual. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MAN 1 Mamuju pada bulan April 2022. Tahapan implementasi pengerjaan soal HOTS mengambil subjek penelitian yaitu 2 orang guru Biologi dan 32 orang peserta didik kelas XI. Untuk menguji kepraktisan soal HOTS, dilakukan penyebaran angket respons kepada guru dan peserta didik. Hasil respons guru diperoleh nilai X > 136 (sangat baik) sementara respons peserta didik diperoleh nilai 1075 < X ≤ 1306 (baik). Dari analisis ini dapat dinyatakan instrumen tes yang dikembangkan bersifat sangat praktis bagi guru dan praktis bagi peserta didik.
