Efisiensi Pemasaran Cabai Melalui Inovasi Abon Cabai Desa Bulo Kecamatan Panca Rijang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang

Abstract
Cabai termasuk komoditas hortikultura yang sering dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Permintaan cabai cukup tinggi dan relatif kontinyu yaitu rata-rata sebesar 4,6 kg per kapita per tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana model saluran pemasaran (2) untuk mengetahui efisiensi pemasaran (3) untuk mengetahui nilai tambah yang dihasilkan dari inovasi produk cabai menjadi abon cabai di Desa Bulo Kecamatan Panca Rijang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Bulo Kecamatan Panca Rijang, penelitian ini akan di mulai pada bulan Februari sampai April tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 petani. sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 5 petani cabai, pedagang pengumpul 2 responden, pedagang besar 1 responden, pedagang pengecer 2 responden dan UMKM 1 responden. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan data primer yaitu dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi dan pengumpulan data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai sumber seperti BPS Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dalam Angka 2022 dan Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dalam Angka 2022, jurnal, buku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapa dua saluran pemasaran cabai di Desa Bulo Kecamatan Panca Rijang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Margin pemasaran cabai rawit paling besar pada saluran pemasaran II yakni Rp. 8.000. Farmer’s share yang paling besar ditunjukkan pada saluran pemasaran I sebesar 89,36 %. Rasio keuntungan pada saluran pemasaran I sebesar Rp. 13.28, pada saluran pemasaran II sebesar Rp. 15. Nilai tambah yang diperoleh pada pengolahan abon cabai atau bubuk cabai sebesar Rp. 36.785,71.
Chili is a horticultural commodity that is often consumed by Indonesian people. The demand for chili is quite high and relatively continuous, namely an average of 4.6 kg per capita per year. This study aims (1) to find out how the marketing channel model is (2) to find out marketing efficiency (3) to find out the added value resulting from chili product innovation into shredded chili in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research was conducted in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, this research will start from February to April 2023. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The population in this study were 30 farmers. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method as many as 5 chili farmers, 2 respondents as collectors, 1 respondent for wholesalers, 2 respondents for retailers and 1 respondent for UMKM. data collection was carried out using primary data, namely by observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation techniques and secondary data collection was obtained from various sources such as BPS South Sulawesi Province in Figures 2022 and Sidenreng Rappang Regency in Figures 2022, journals, books. The results showed that there were two chili marketing channels in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The biggest marketing margin for cayenne pepper is in marketing channel II, namely Rp. 8,000. The largest farmer's share is shown in marketing channel I of 89.36%. Profit ratio in marketing channel I is Rp. 13.28, on marketing channel II of Rp. 15. The added value obtained from the processing of shredded chili or chili powder is Rp. 36,785.71.
