Pengaruh Penguatan Strategi Regulasi Emosi Mikro terhadap Kemampuan Guru Raudhatul Athfal dalam Membangun Lingkungan Belajar Responsif

Kemampuan guru dalam membangun lingkungan belajar responsif merupakan salah satu kompetensi penting yang mendukung perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia dini melalui interaksi yang hangat, peka, dan suportif. Namun, guru masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam mengelola respons emosional secara adaptif pada situasi pembelajaran sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penguatan strategi regulasi emosi mikro terhadap kemampuan guru Raudhatul Athfal (RA) dalam membangun lingkungan belajar responsif di Kabupaten Sragen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pre-experimental melalui desain one-group pre-test post-test. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 30 guru RA yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi berupa workshop penguatan strategi regulasi emosi mikro. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk, uji Paired Sample t-test, dan analisis N-Gain Score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan guru setelah mengikuti intervensi. Uji Paired Sample t-test menghasilkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 (p < 0,05) yang menunjukkan bahwa penguatan strategi regulasi emosi mikro berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan guru dalam membangun lingkungan belajar responsif. Selain itu, hasil analisis N-Gain Score sebesar 0,502 berada pada kategori sedang, yang menunjukkan bahwa intervensi yang diberikan cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan strategi regulasi emosi mikro dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih responsif, hangat, dan mendukung perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia dini.
