Analisis Kebutuhan Guru IPA terhadap Komponen Keterampilan Proses Sains pada Modul Ajar Kelas VII MTs Nurul Jadid Bua

Penelitian ini merupakan tahap Define dari tahapan Model 4D yang menganalisis kebutuhan guru IPA kelas VII terhadap komponen Keterampilan Proses Sains (KPS) yang perlu dimuat eksplisit dalam modul ajar untuk mendukung literasi sains. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini melibatkan dua guru IPA MTs Nurul Jadid Bua yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket terbuka identifikasi kebutuhan yang telah divalidasi ahli, lalu dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukkan dua kendala utama implementasi KPS, yaitu ketiadaan modul yang memandu KPS secara eksplisit dan keterbatasan alat-bahan praktikum. Kedua guru memprioritaskan tiga KPS untuk dimuat eksplisit, yaitu observasi, eksperimen, dan analisis, yang dirumuskan menjadi model “Siklus OEA” dengan konteks lokal Bua dan alat-bahan sederhana. Temuan ini menjadi dasar empiris bagi tahap Design pengembangan modul IPA kelas VII yang implementatif pada madrasah dengan keterbatasan sumber daya.
