Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Digital Kepala Sekolah dan Literasi Teknologi Guru terhadap Efektivitas Administrasi di Sekolah Dasar

Masalah penelitian berangkat dari masih ditemukannya pekerjaan administrasi yang belum sepenuhnya terdigitalisasi, belum terintegrasinya data sekolah, serta perlunya penguatan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan perangkat dan aplikasi administrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan digital kepala sekolah dan literasi teknologi guru terhadap efektivitas administrasi sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Gedung Meneng, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 194 guru dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 50 guru dari 10 sekolah dasar negeri yang ditentukan melalui cluster sampling dan proportional sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket skala Likert dan dianalisis melalui statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan digital kepala sekolah memiliki koefisien positif, tetapi tidak signifikan secara parsial (B = 0, 026; t = 0, 496; p = 0, 622). Literasi teknologi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas administrasi sekolah (B = 0, 942; t = 15, 08; p < 0, 001). Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas administrasi sekolah (F = 635, 8; p < 0, 001) dengan R² sebesar 0, 964. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan administrasi sekolah dasar perlu diarahkan pada peningkatan literasi teknologi guru, pendampingan teknis yang berkelanjutan, standardisasi penggunaan aplikasi administrasi, dan kepemimpinan digital kepala sekolah yang lebih operasional berbasis data.
