Pengaruh Theory of Planned Behavior Guru PAUD Keagamaan dalam Menstimulasi Kemampuan Adversity Quotient (AQ) Anak Usia Dini

Adversity Quotient (AQ) pada anak usia dini berperan penting dalam mendukung perkembangan kognitif, ketahanan diri, dan pembentukan karakter. Namun, stimulasi AQ dalam pembelajaran PAUD Keagamaan masih belum optimal karena guru belum sepenuhnya memiliki pemahaman, strategi pembelajaran, dan sumber daya pendukung yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku terhadap niat guru PAUD Keagamaan dalam menstimulasi AQ serta mengidentifikasi faktor yang paling dominan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei korelasional. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 109 guru PAUD Keagamaan dari 19 kecamatan di Kabupaten Cilacap yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) yang telah tervalidasi dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat (R² = 68,7%; F = 76,671; p < 0,001). Secara parsial, kontrol perilaku terbukti sebagai faktor paling dominan (β = 0,446; p < 0,001) dibanding sikap (β = 0,242) dan norma subjektif (β = 0,246). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keyakinan akan kemampuan diri dan ketersediaan sumber daya lebih menentukan niat guru dibandingkan tekanan sosial. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan niat guru tidak cukup hanya dengan tekanan sosial, melainkan membutuhkan penguatan kompetensi teknis dan penyediaan sumber daya pendukung.
