Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Kooperatif Berbasis Learning Manajemen System SYAM-OK terhadap Hasil Belajar melalui Variabel Mediasi Keterlibatan dan Motivasi Mahasiswa

Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada pentingnya mengevaluasi efektivitas media pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis LMS SYAM-OK dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa kependidikan melalui optimalisasi keterlibatan dan motivasi sebagai faktor mediasi di era digitalisasi Pendidikan. Pemanfaatan Learning Management System (LMS) di perguruan tinggi tidak selalu berdampak langsung pada peningkatan hasil belajar karena efektivitasnya sangat ditentukan oleh desain pembelajaran yang mampu mendorong keterlibatan dan motivasi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh media pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis LMS SYAM-OK terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa melalui keterlibatan dan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan desain survei. Sampel berjumlah 200 mahasiswa yang dipilih melalui cluster sampling. Implementasi pembelajaran kooperatif dilakukan melalui diskusi sinkron menggunakan Google Meet yang terintegrasi dalam SYAM-OK. Data variabel SYAM-OK, keterlibatan, dan motivasi dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert (1–5) yang disusun peneliti, sedangkan hasil belajar diperoleh melalui dokumentasi nilai UAS. Analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui evaluasi model pengukuran dan model struktural. Hasil menunjukkan SYAM-OK berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan (β=0,430; p<0,001) dan motivasi (β=0,448; p<0,001). Keterlibatan (β=0,224; p=0,001) dan motivasi (β=0,518; p<0,001) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, serta terdapat pengaruh langsung SYAM-OK terhadap hasil belajar (β=0,190; p<0,001). Efek mediasi juga signifikan melalui keterlibatan (β=0,096; p=0,004) dan motivasi (β=0,232; p<0,001), dengan R² hasil belajar sebesar 0,660. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa efektivitas LMS akan lebih optimal ketika didukung desain pembelajaran kooperatif sinkron yang terstruktur untuk memperkuat keterlibatan dan motivasi mahasiswa.
