Implementasi Project-Based Learning terhadap Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI BD di SMKN 1 Ponorogo

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara komprehensif implementasi model Project-Based Learning (PjBL) serta menganalisis peningkatan hasil belajar mata pelajaran Komunikasi Bisnis pada tiga domain kompetensi siswa kelas XI Bisnis Digital (BD) di SMKN 1 Ponorogo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan paradigma konstruktivisme yang menempatkan siswa sebagai subjek aktif dalam membangun pengetahuan melalui pengalaman belajar yang autentik. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 32 siswa kelas XI BD dan satu guru pengampu, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen pembelajaran, seperti modul ajar, perangkat asesmen, dan produk proyek siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan keabsahan data dijamin melalui triangulasi metode, triangulasi sumber, dan member checking untuk memastikan kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas temuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi PjBL dilaksanakan melalui enam tahapan sistematis, mulai dari penentuan pertanyaan pemantik, perencanaan proyek, penyusunan jadwal, pelaksanaan dan monitoring, pengujian hasil, hingga refleksi dan evaluasi. Tahapan tersebut mampu memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang autentik, kolaboratif, dan kontekstual dengan dunia kerja. Penerapan PjBL terbukti meningkatkan hasil belajar secara holistik, yakni pada domain kognitif melalui penguatan pemahaman konseptual dan kemampuan berpikir kritis, domain afektif melalui pengembangan sikap profesional, tanggung jawab, dan motivasi intrinsik, serta domain psikomotor melalui penguasaan keterampilan teknis komunikasi bisnis. Adapun tantangan implementasi meliputi adaptasi paradigma pembelajaran, heterogenitas kemampuan siswa, keterbatasan teknologi, dan manajemen waktu. Tantangan tersebut diatasi melalui pemberian scaffolding intensif, penerapan sistem akuntabilitas kelompok, penyediaan fasilitas pendukung, serta koordinasi pembelajaran lintas mata pelajaran guna menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna dan relevan dengan tuntutan industri.
