Penguatan Kecerdasan Emosional Guru melalui Implementasi Pembelajaran Mendalam di SDN 17 Tanjung Raya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran mendalam dalam penguatan kecerdasan emosional guru sekolah dasar di SDN 17 Tanjung Raya dengan memfokuskan kajian pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan, refleksi pembelajaran, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasinya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas guru kelas, kepala sekolah, dan peserta didik yang dipilih secara purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik untuk menjamin keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran mendalam melalui penerapan mindful learning, meaningful learning, dan joyful learning mendorong guru menjadi lebih reflektif, empatik, sabar, serta lebih mampu mengelola emosi dalam proses pembelajaran. Penguatan kecerdasan emosional tersebut tercermin pada berkembangnya kesadaran diri, pengendalian emosi, motivasi diri, empati, dan keterampilan sosial guru melalui interaksi pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan berpusat pada siswa. Implementasi pembelajaran didukung oleh dukungan sekolah, media pembelajaran, lingkungan belajar, dan kolaborasi antar guru, sedangkan keterbatasan waktu, rendahnya minat belajar sebagian siswa, serta keterbatasan pemahaman guru mengenai pembelajaran mendalam menjadi faktor penghambat. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran mendalam berpotensi mendukung penguatan kecerdasan emosional guru sehingga berkontribusi terhadap terciptanya pembelajaran yang lebih humanis dan bermakna.
