Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi Kerja Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru
Abstract
Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (2) Mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru; dan (3) Mengetahui pengaruh antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SDN Kecamatan Pamulang. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Slovin sehingga menghasilkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 84 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi, hasil wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) dengan nilai Sig.2 Tailed sebesar 0,00 < 0,05 (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel motivasi kerja guru (X2) terhadap variabel kinerja guru (Y) dengan nilai Sig.2 Tailed sebesar 0,00 < 0,05. (3) terdapat pengaruh yamg signifikan variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan dan nilai Fhitung 86,441 > Ftabel 3,11. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru SDN di Kecamatan Pamulang. Temuan pada penelitian ini adalah banyaknya guru yang masih kurang motivasi dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai pendidik
