Pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi Kerja Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Pamulang
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengetahui pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (2) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru; dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 84 guru dengan teknik random sampling. Hasil uji t diperoleh bahwa taraf signifikansi variabel supervisi kepala sekolah adalah 0,000 dan motivasi kerja sebesar 0,000 < 0,005 artinya kedua variabel tersebut memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil Uji F taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,84 artinya variabel supervisi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 84 % sisanya sebesar 16 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel di luar variabel penelitian.
