Pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan Terhadap Kreativitas dan Minat Mahasiswa dalam Berwirausaha Setelah Field Trip Kewirausahaan

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah perlunya bukti empiris mengenai hubungan pengetahuan kewirausahaan yang diperoleh setelah pengalaman lapangan dengan kemampuan kreatif dan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap kreativitas dan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi setelah mengikuti field trip kewirausahaan ke Sporahome. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif ex post facto. Populasi sekaligus sampel berjumlah 30 mahasiswa dan seluruh anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel (total sampling). Data dikumpulkan dengan angket skala Likert pengetahuan kewirausahaan (10 item), kreativitas (30 item), dan minat berwirausaha (15 item), kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana pada SPSS 26. Hasil menunjukkan seluruh item valid (r hitung > 0,3610) dan ketiga instrumen reliabel (Cronbach's Alpha = 0,916-0,969). Pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kreativitas (B = 0,834; beta = 0,367; p = 0,046) dan minat berwirausaha (B = 0,934; beta = 0,866; p < 0,001). Kesimpulannya, semakin tinggi skor pengetahuan kewirausahaan setelah field trip, semakin tinggi pula kreativitas dan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, dengan hubungan terstandar yang lebih kuat pada minat berwirausaha.
