Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kevalidan serta kepraktisan e-modul berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) pada materi jamur untuk peserta didik kelas X SMA. Subjek uji coba terdiri dari 32 siswa kelas X dan seorang guru biologi di SMA Negeri 9 Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket validasi dan kepraktisan. Hasil validasi oleh dua ahli menunjukkan persentase rata-rata 97% dengan kategori sangat valid. Uji coba kepraktisan oleh guru memperoleh persentase 85% (kategori sangat praktis), sedangkan uji coba kepraktisan oleh siswa memperoleh persentase 80% (kategori praktis). Dengan demikian, e-modul berbasis CTL pada materi jamur yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid dan praktis sehingga layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar digital dalam pembelajaran biologi.
