Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan kader terhadap kunjungan ibu balita ke posyandu. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penggunaan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama memungkinkan pengumpulan data yang sistematis dan terstandarisasi, sehingga mempermudah analisis. Jumlah populasi diperkirakan sekitar 889 ibu balita yang tercatat dalam data Posyandu. Populasi ini mencakup semua ibu yang memiliki anak usia 0-5 tahun yang aktif mengunjungi Posyandu.Dari populasi tersebut, sampel akan diambil sebanyak 90 ibu balita. Hasil penelitian sebagian besar kader tidak bekualitas berdasarkan uji analisis chi square diperoleh hasil p – value adalah 0,006 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak yang artinya terdapat hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan kader terhadap kunjungan ibu balita ke posyandu di kec.
