Hubungan Asupan Kalsium, Zat Besi, Aktivitas Fisik dan Kualitas Tidur dengan Dismenore Pada Mahasiswi Program Studi Gizi Angkatan 2021 Universitas Teuku Umar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan kalsium, zat besi, aktivitas fisik dan kualitas tidur dengan dismenore pada mahasiswi Program Studi Gizi Angkatan 2021 Universitas Teuku Umar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain cross-sectional, dimana variabel bebas (asupan kalsium, asupan zat besi, aktivitas fisik dan kualitas tidur) dan variabel terikat (dismenore) dengan menggunakan 4 jenis kuisioner yaitu food recall 24 jam yang kemudian dilanjutkan menggunakan nutrisurvey, Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), dan NRS (Numeric Rating Scale). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan kalsium dengan dismenore pada mahasiswi Program Studi Gizi Teuku Umar dengan nilai p sebesar 0,049 < 0,05. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan zat besi dengan dismenore pada mahasiswi Program Studi Gizi Universitas Teuku Umar dengan nilai p 0,041 < 0,05. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas fisik dengan dismenore pada mahasiswi Program Studi Gizi Universitas Teuku Umar dengan nilai p 0,002 < 0,05. Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas tidur dengan dismenore pada mahasiswi Program Studi Gizi Universitas Teuku Umar dengan nilai p 0,728 > 0,05.
