Peran Guru Sebagai Fasilitator dalam Diferensiasi Pembelajaran Matematika (MAN Sebukar)

Perubahan paradigma pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut guru berperan sebagai fasilitator yang membantu peserta didik mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif, dan mandiri. Dalam pembelajaran matematika di MAN Sebukar, guru menghadapi tantangan berupa keragaman kemampuan akademik, gaya belajar, dan minat siswa. Kondisi ini memerlukan penerapan pembelajaran yang mampu mengakomodasi perbedaan individu agar semua siswa memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk mencapai kompetensi yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peran guru sebagai fasilitator dalam menerapkan diferensiasi pembelajaran matematika di MAN Sebukar. Diferensiasi dipandang sebagai strategi efektif untuk menyesuaikan konten, proses, dan produk belajar sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik. Namun, hasil observasi dan wawancara awal menunjukkan penerapan diferensiasi di MAN Sebukar masih terbatas, umumnya hanya pada variasi tingkat kesulitan tugas, belum mencakup strategi belajar dan asesmen yang bervariasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap tiga guru matematika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan sebagai perancang pembelajaran diferensiasi, pembimbing proses belajar, dan evaluator kemajuan siswa berdasarkan kebutuhan individual. Kendala utama meliputi keterbatasan waktu, jumlah siswa yang besar, dan kurangnya pelatihan khusus. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya kajian tentang praktik diferensiasi di madrasah, yang masih jarang diteliti di Indonesia. Secara praktis, hasilnya diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi guru dan lembaga pendidikan untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran matematika yang lebih inklusif dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan peserta didik, serta merekomendasikan peningkatan pelatihan guru dan pemanfaatan media digital untuk mendukung personalisasi belajar.Downloads
