Strategi Komunikasi dan Kinerja Penyuluhan Pertanian Lapangan di Kabupaten Pasaman
Communication Strategy and Perfomance of Field Agricultral Extension Workers in Pasaman District
Abstract
Strategi komunikasi ialah suatu bentuk manajemen atau pun sebuah perencanaan dalam meraih tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Menganalisis strategi komunikasi dan kinerja penyuluhan pertanian lapangan di Kabupaten Pasaman 2) Menganalisi faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kinerja penyuluhan pertanian lapangan di Kabupten Pasaman. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Propotional Random Sampling, metode analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa komunikator pada penyuluhan pertanian adalah penyuluhan pertanian lapangan, pesan yang disampaikan dalam penyuluhan pertanian adalah sesuatu yang disampaikan kepada anggota kelompok tani dalam kegiatan penyuluhan, saluran komunikasi yang digunakan yaitu saluran antar pribadi meliputi tatap muka, handphone, dan pertemuan kelompok, faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja penyuluh pertanian lapangan di Kabupaten Pasaman.
Communication strategy is a form of management or a plan in achieving goals. This study aims to 1) analyze the communication strategy and performance of field agricultural extension in Pasaman Regency 2) analyze what factors influence the performance of field agricultural extension in Pasaman Regency. The sampling method in this study used Proportional Random Sampling, data analysis methods used descriptive qualitative analysis and descriptive quantitative analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the communicator in agricultural extension is field agricultural extension, the message conveyed in agricultural counseling is something that is conveyed to members of farmer groups in extension activities, the communication channels used are interpersonal channels including face-to-face, cellphones, and group meetings, factors influencing the performance of field agricultural extension workers in Pasaman District.
