Marketing Analysis of Chicken Eggs in Randangan District Pohuwato Regency
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai saluran pemasaran, margin pemasaran dan efisiensi pemasaran telur ayam di Kecamatan Randangan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai September 2022. Teknik penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel acak stratifikasi (Stratified Random Sampling). Sampel acak stratifikasi yaitu suatu metode pengambilan sampel, dimana populasi yang bersifat heterogeny dibagi-bagi menjadi lapisan yang saling pisah tuntas dan dari setiap lapisan (strata) dapat diambil secara acak. Data yang dikumpulkan merupakan data primer melalui hasil wawancara dan kuisioner. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis margin pemasaran dan efisiensi pemasarn telur ayam. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat III saluran pemasaran telur ayam di Kecamatan Randangan Kabupaten Pohuwato, terdapat margin pemasaran telur ayam dan saluran pemasaran telur ayam di Kecamatan Randangan Kabupaten Pohuwato sudah efisien dengan nilai efisiensi 1,17% untuk pedagang pengumpul dan 0,77% untuk pedagang pengecer.
The purpose of this study is to find out about marketing channels, marketing margins and marketing efficiency of chicken eggs in Randangan District. This research was conducted in Juny until September 2022. The sampling technique in this study used a stratified random sampling technique (Stratified Random Sampling). Stratified random sample is a sampling method, where the heterogeneous population is divided into layers that are completely separated from each other and from each layer (strata) can be taken randomly. The data collected is primary data through interviews and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis, analysis of marketing margins and marketing efficiency of chicken eggs. The results of this study are that there are III marketing channels for chicken eggs in Randangan District, Pohuwato Regency, there is a marketing margin for chicken eggs and the marketing channel of chicken eggs in Randangan District, Pohuwato Regency is efficient with an efficiency value of 1.17% for collectors and 0.77% for retailers.
