Indikasi Tingkat Kerusakan Daun Tanaman Jagung Akibat Serangan Spodoptera frugiperda di Desa Tadangpalie Kecamatan Sabbangparu Kabupaten Wajo

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indikasi gejala kerusakan daun akibat serangan S. frugiperda di Desa Tadangpalie Kecamatan Sabbangparu, Kabupaten Wajo. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei – Agustus 2021. Tahapan penelitian dengan menggunakan survey secara purposif sampling dengan mengidentifikasi jenis tingkat kerusakan daun akibat serangan. Pengambilan sampel setiap area pertanaman dengan mengambil contoh sampel tanaman jagung yang ditentukan secara sistematik dan mencocokkan skoring kerusakan berdasarkan skala davis. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kerusakan daun akibat serangan S. frugiperda dengan rating bervariasi mulai dari skoring 1 sampai 9 pada fase vegetatif dipertanaman jagung.
The purpose of this study was to determine the indications of leaf damage caused by S. frugiperda attack in Tadangpalie Village, Sabbangparu District, Wajo Regency. The research was carried out in May – August 2021. The research stage was using a purposive sampling survey by identifying the type of leaf damage caused by attacks. Sampling of each cropping area took samples of corn plants that were determined systematically and matched the damage score based on the Davis scale. The results showed that the level of leaf damage due to S. frugiperda attack with various ratings ranging from scoring 1 to 9 in the vegetative phase of maize cultivation.
