Analisis Tugas Reflektif Berbasis Kasus PPG UNM Daljab IV Kemenag 2025 untuk Pengajaran Bahasa Indonesia: Implikasi terhadap Pengembangan Guru Madrasah

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tugas reflektif berbasis kasus dalam Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) UNM Daljab IV Kemenag 2025 untuk pengajaran bahasa Indonesia serta implikasinya terhadap pengembangan profesional guru madrasah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus, dengan sumber data berupa dokumen tugas reflektif mahasiswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa mampu mengidentifikasi permasalahan pembelajaran secara kontekstual, seperti rendahnya partisipasi siswa, penggunaan LKPD yang kurang efektif, serta dominasi metode ceramah dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Mahasiswa juga telah menerapkan berbagai strategi perbaikan, seperti pengembangan LKPD, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan penggunaan media digital, yang berdampak positif terhadap keaktifan dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Namun demikian, kualitas refleksi yang dihasilkan masih berada pada level deskriptif dan analitis, serta belum mencapai refleksi kritis. Selain itu, evaluasi pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya didukung oleh data yang terukur. Dengan demikian, tugas reflektif berbasis kasus memiliki potensi dalam mengembangkan profesionalisme guru madrasah, namun perlu didukung oleh penguatan kemampuan refleksi kritis dan evaluasi berbasis data dalam pengajaran bahasa Indonesia.
