Representasi Model Perma Martin Seligman dalam Novel Dompet Ayah Sepatu Ibu Karya J.S Khairen: Kajian Antro-Psikosastra

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan representasi model PERMA Martin Seligman dan menjelaskan fungsinya dalam membangun kesejahteraan psikologis tokoh-tokoh dalam novel Dompet Ayah Sepatu Ibu karya J.S. Khairen melalui perspektif antro-psikosastra. Pendekatan antro-psikosastra digunakan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara dimensi psikologis dan nilai-nilai budaya Minangkabau yang melandasi perilaku tokoh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik baca-catat dan dokumentasi terhadap teks novel serta analisis data berdasarkan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelima elemen model PERMA, yaitu Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationship, Meaning, dan Accomplishment, direpresentasikan secara jelas melalui tindakan, dialog, dan pengalaman batin tokoh utama. Nilai-nilai budaya seperti religiusitas, kerja keras, cinta keluarga, dan tanggung jawab sosial berperan penting dalam membentuk kesejahteraan psikologis tokoh. Model PERMA dalam novel ini berfungsi untuk menegaskan bahwa kebahagiaan manusia tidak hanya bersifat individual, tetapi juga merupakan hasil interaksi antara aspek emosional, sosial, dan kultural. Kajian ini memperluas penerapan teori psikologi positif dalam konteks sastra Indonesia dan memberikan pemahaman bahwa kesejahteraan psikologis bersifat kontekstual serta berakar pada kearifan lokal.
