Pengaruh Gangguan Berbahasa Cadel /r/ terhadap Aktivitas Komunikasi Ditempat Kerja

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh kondisi cadel pada remaja terhadap masa depan dan peluang pekerjaan. Cadel sering dipandang sebagai hambatan dalam komunikasi, terutama ketika seseorang berhadapan dengan situasi formal seperti presentasi, wawancara kerja, atau interaksi profesional lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan fokus pada satu remaja yang mengalami cadel sejak kecil. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi untuk memahami pengalaman personal, tekanan sosial, serta dampaknya terhadap kepercayaan diri dan perencanaan karier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cadel dapat memengaruhi cara individu menilai dirinya sendiri, keterbatasan dalam memilih bidang pekerjaan tertentu, serta bagaimana lingkungan mempersepsikan kemampuan komunikasinya. Meskipun demikian, dukungan keluarga, latihan artikulasi, serta terapi wicara dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas bicara dan membangun rasa percaya diri.
