Klausa Bahasa Tidore: Suatu Pendekatan Generatif Transformasional

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji klausa bahasa Tidore, salah satu bahasa daerah di kepulauan Indonesia. Fokus penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan klausa koordinatif dan subordinatif serta menggambarkannya pada diagram pohon dengan menggunakan Transformasi Generatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari tujuh informan di Kabupaten Tidore. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahasa Tidore memiliki klausa koordinatif dan klausa subordinatif. Secara umum, sebuah kalimat dalam bahasa Tidore terdiri dari satu klausa koordinatif dan satu klausa subordinat. Namun, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa satu kalimat mengandung dua klausa koordinatif dan satu klausa subordinat. Lebih lanjut, klausa koordinatif tidak selalu berada di awal kalimat; terkadang muncul setelah klausa subordinat.
