Prinsip Kesantunan dalam Drama Cyrano De Bergerac Karya Edmond Rostand serta Implementasinya pada Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran Pragmatique
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) bentuk dan fungsi pematuhan prinsip kesantunan Leech dalam naskah drama Cyrano de Bergerac karya Edmond Rostand, serta (2) implementasi hasil penelitian kajian pematuhan dan fungsi prinsip kesantunan yang terdapat dalam naskah drama Cyrano de Bergerac karya Edmond Rostand dalam pengajaan dan pembelajaran Pragmatique. Prinsip kesantunan Leech terdiri dari maksim kebijaksanaan, maksim kedermawanan, maksim pujian, maksim kerendahan hati, maksim kesepakatan, dan maksim kesimpatian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif di mana artinya penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif dan data hasil penelitiannya disajikan dengan metode deskriptif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan datanya, yaitu (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, dan (3) penarikan kesimpulan. Data penelitian ini adalah penggalan tuturan dari para tokoh dalam naskah drama tersebut yang mengandung pematuhan prinsip kesantunan dari Leech. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 49 data pematuhan prinsip kesantunan Leech dalam naskah drama Cyrano de Bergerac, terbagi menjadi 8 pematuhan maksim kebijaksanaan, 11 pematuhan maksim kedermawanan, 13 pematuhan maksim pujian, 2 maksim kerendahan hati, 12 maksim kesepakatan, dan 3 maksim kesimpatian. Hasil penelitian ini juga dapat diimplementasikan dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran Pragmatique bagi pengajar dan pembelajar bahasa Prancis.
