Efektivitas Penggunaan Aplikasi “Bestari-Biblioterapi” untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berbahasa Lisan pada Anak Speech Delay

Inisiasi dan kebaruan untuk menunjang kemampuan belajar anak tidak terlepas dari peran teknologi, salah satunya melalui aplikasi. Anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK), terutama speech delay mengalami kesulitan dalam pemahaman bahasa ekspresif dan reseptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi sebagai upaya peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa lisan anak speech delay. Anak speech delay memiliki kerentanan dan hambatan dalam mengucapkan ujaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen pada dua anak berusia 10 tahun di lembaga disabilitas Kota Bandung menggunakan lembar instrumen kompetensi menyimak dan berbicara dalam penggunaan aplikasi “Bestari-Biblioterapi”. Temuan penelitian ini didapatkan adanya peningkatan skor pretest pada AL (42%) dan posttest (83%), sedangkan AV memperoleh skor pretest (37%) dan posttest (75%). Pada persentase rata-rata, skor pretest berada pada skor 39% dan posttest sebesar 79%. Perolehan data yang diperoleh dilakukan uji hipotesis sample paired test dan menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0.016 < 0.05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi “Bestari-Biblioterapi” terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa lisan anak speech delay.
